MARCO wrote this song back in 2017, while he and TERI were working on a side project with a different singer. That one never finished, but the song stayed with us. Nine years later we recorded it with this lineup and it came out as the first single from Empty Altars Vol. I.
It is the first song we have ever released with this five. BALMA and JEFITO together with the three founding members, MARCO, TERI and JACOBO.
We shot the video up in the mountains of Acosta. MARCO directed it, we filmed it ourselves with ALEJANDRO SALAS on camera along with TERI and JEFITO, and JEFITO did the edit and the post. LIN RIVERA plays the woman. She is also featured in the single cover art along with BALMA, the other character in the video. The artwork itself is a screenshot from an actual shot of the video and there are no digital elements added. The fog simply appeared when it was most needed and we raced against time to capture the mmoment.
